    what is russion kettle bells? I lived in moscow for two years so I am always interested in anything russian!

I'm Rachel - mom, wife, youth minister, and student! I'm also a deployment survivor! My husband, Brian, is an OEF veteran and returned in June 2007 from Afghanistan.
