I used to see products in the grocery store with cartoon characters plastered all over them and I’d think, “wow, they’ll do anything to sell their product now-a-days.” Now I am grateful for such advertising.

I'm Rachel - mom, wife, youth minister, and student! I'm also a deployment survivor! My husband, Brian, is an OEF veteran and returned in June 2007 from Afghanistan. This blog has followed Grace and I while we made our way here at home ... and still now as we all adjust to being a family again and prepare for another deployment in 2009. Thanks for reading!
